Plaatsr respects your privacy and only processes personal data as described below. This statement explains which data we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we process the data you provide yourself: your name, email address, company name, the number of recruiters or staffing consultants in your agency, optionally your ATS or staffing software, and your description of the bottleneck. We do not collect data you don't provide to us yourself.
Why we process this data
We use your data solely to answer your message and to prepare a possible introductory call. The basis for this is your consent: you provide the data yourself when you fill in the form.
How long we keep data
We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purpose you provided it for. After that, we delete it.
Who we share data with
We use Resend, an external email service, to send and receive email. We do not sell your data and do not share it with other parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to the processing. To do so, email info@plaatsr.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized access.
