Plaatsr respects your privacy and only processes personal data as described below. This statement explains which data we collect through this website and what we do with it.
Who we are
Plaatsr B.V. is the data controller and is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42156304. For questions about your data, email info@plaatsr.nl.
What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we process the data you provide yourself: your name, email address, company name, the number of recruiters or staffing consultants in your agency, optionally your ATS or staffing software, and your description of the bottleneck. On a page visit we also process the technical data described in the next section.
Company detection on a page visit
When you open a page, our server sends the request IP address to the Plaatsr Hub. The Hub temporarily uses the Germany endpoint of ipapi.is to look up which organisation owns the network. The raw IP address is not stored. For up to 90 days the Hub keeps the organisation or network category found, the visited path, the referring domain, broad browser family, language, a coarse network group and a daily rotating pseudonymous visitor code. We rely on our legitimate interest in knowing which organisations show interest, so that we can approach them for business. We set no cookie for this detection.
Why we process this data
We use the data from the contact form solely to answer your message and to prepare a possible introductory call. The basis for that is your consent: you provide this data yourself when you fill in the form. We process the technical data for company detection as described above on the basis of our legitimate interest.
How long we keep data
We keep contact form data no longer than necessary to handle your message and a possible introductory call. After that, we delete it. We keep company detection data for up to 90 days, as described above.
Who we share data with
We use Resend, an external email service, to send and receive email. We do not sell contact form data or share it with other parties for their commercial purposes. For company detection, our server sends the IP address to the Plaatsr Hub and the Hub uses ipapi.is as described above.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to the processing. To do so, email info@plaatsr.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized access.

We may update this privacy statement. The most current version is always on this page.
