Integrations with ATS and staffing software
We build inside the system you already have. These are the six systems we connect to, each with an honest line about what is running and what we set up per agency.
OTYS and AI automation

How every connection runs
Inside the system you already have. We write orchestration code that reads and writes through the official API of your system: pull a vacancy or request, look up candidates, write a note back. Claude does the language work, the API does the traffic.
That code runs in your own environment. We connect to your tools and build a dedicated platform for your team where needed. The human keeps control: the system searches, reads and drafts, your recruiter weighs it up and decides.
What you supply is the same short list for every system:
- API access to your own environment, usually through your administrator or vendor.
- The fields you really fill in, and the ones you can ignore.
- Your own format for screening or submitting, however informally it is written down.
- A contact person who watches and corrects during the build round.
More about what a connection asks of you is in connecting AI to your ATS.
If your package is not here and there is an API, it usually works. Send a message, or first read what a connection asks of you.
