AI automation agency for recruitment and staffing agencies
Plaatsr builds and maintains AI systems for recruitment and staffing agencies in the Netherlands. Inside your own ATS, inside the process you already run. With integrations and a dedicated platform for your team where needed.
What an AI automation agency for recruitment does
The work that eats a recruiter's day is rarely the recruiting itself. It is reading CVs, searching your own database, typing out a submittal and chasing candidates. We build systems that take that work over and leave the judgement with your recruiter.
- AI CV screening. Trained on your criteria, not on a generic model. A score per candidate with the reason attached.
- Candidate matching. On a new vacancy or request, the strongest people in your own database surface first.
- Database activation. Your ATS database or flex pool back in use, including the people you had lost sight of.
- Submittals. The profile, the reasoning and the layout in your own house style, ready to send.
- Follow-up over WhatsApp and email. Candidates and clients get an answer without anyone typing it.
- Recruitment admin. Interview notes, status updates and the data entry around a placement.
- Integrations with OTYS, Bullhorn, Carerix, Recruitee, Easyflex and Salesforce Recruiting.
For what each system does and how long it takes to build, read what we do.
Which agencies we work with
We work with recruitment and staffing agencies from roughly five employees up. Smaller is possible, but there is usually too little repeat work to gain much. Most clients are in the Netherlands and work in Dutch or English.
In recruitment the gain sits in screening and submitting. In staffing it sits more often in fill rate: which available or dormant flex worker fits the request that just came in, and how fast you called them.
Built and maintained for your agency
You do not get another tool the team has to learn. We build inside the systems that are already there and drop the result where your people already look: in the ATS, in the mail, in a Slack channel.
The first working system is there in about two weeks. Systems after that take one to three weeks each. We maintain them afterwards, because a model nobody keeps an eye on starts doing odd things within six months.
What it did at other agencies
- Forta Solutions. We trained a CV checker on the criteria Linda Wildbret had built up over 22 years. Assessing one CV used to cost her half an hour, now zero. She keeps about 8 hours a week.
- Match Masters Recruitment. A dashboard that automates the manual work in front of the ATS. Two hours a day less admin for Steijn Tersteeg.
- Kamphorst Detachering. A system that searches and assesses candidates from a vacancy in OTYS, so only those who qualify surface, with the reason attached.
What it costs
We publish no price list, because no two projects are the same. In the first call we scope what you need. Within two days you get a proposal with a fixed price for the pilot and a fixed monthly amount. Both agreed up front, so no invoice arrives afterwards that you did not expect.
