For every candidate on your outreach list, the system reads recent LinkedIn activity and writes a personal first message. No mass mailing, no generic template lines.

ATS Reactivation

For every new vacancy or request the system scans your entire historical database. The top 20 candidates land in your inbox with short reasoning per match: why this person, which experience matches, and when you last spoke. Work with a flex pool? The system surfaces your available and dormant temp workers the same way.

CV Co-pilot

An AI CV checker trained on your criteria and feedback. Not a generic model. The system learns what you look for and screens at that level. Built for agencies with a strong judgment style they don't want to lose.

Claude API with retrieval, your existing screening format, ATS API for candidate context.
Output
Per candidate a match score with reasoning. Directly in the existing workflow, no new tool.
Duration
Implementation: 2-3 weeks (incl. a training round on your data).

Pipeline Intelligence

Every Monday morning a short summary of last week: time-to-fill per vacancy or request, drop-off per stage, candidates that have been stuck too long, and three concrete focus areas for the week.

Email to the recruitment or branch manager. Optional team digest in Slack.

Interview Notes

After every candidate call: transcription, a short summary in your format, and a draft of the follow-up email or ATS note. No more typing after a call.

Tools
Speech-to-text via Whisper, Claude API for summary + draft, ATS API for write-back.
Output
ATS note + follow-up draft, ready within 2 minutes of the call ending.
Duration
Implementation: 1-2 weeks.

The stack under the hood

We build the orchestration ourselves, as code you own, with Claude (Anthropic) for language and reasoning, Pinecone or Supabase for vector storage, and the official APIs of your existing ATS or staffing software. No black box, no vendor lock-in. If we walk away, you keep going.

Where we don't start

We won't sell you a big platform to log into. We start with one workflow inside your own ATS, nothing new to learn, low risk, proven in two weeks. The rest we earn after that, step by step. Voice AI screeners are not part of v1. Generic ChatGPT courses are out too. Plaatsr is a service: we build it, maintain it and adapt it as your agency grows.

About Martin

I'm Martin. I have an MSc in AI from VU Amsterdam and a BSc in Computer Science. Five years working as a developer (Munisense, Lotify, Royal Netherlands Navy in an AI/automation role). Then two years building Recruitier, my own AI product for recruitment agencies.

Recruitier taught me two things: the technology works. But agencies don't need a new platform to learn, they need help with the tools they already have. Plaatsr is that insight turned into a service.

Frequently asked questions

We already have Bullhorn AI / Recruitee AI, what do you add?
Those built-in AIs work within a single tool. We build workflows between tools, for example ATS + LinkedIn + email + calendar together. And we train on your specific criteria, not on a generic model.
How long does a typical implementation take?
First working system: 2 weeks. Further systems: 1-3 weeks each. No months-long projects.
What does it cost?
We scope during the diagnostic call. Fixed pilot price and fixed monthly retainer, always agreed up front. Concrete proposal within two days of the call.
What if our ATS data is a mess?
Normal, not a showstopper. We build around the data as it is. Database activation includes an initial data cleanup in scope.
Do you work with agencies outside the Netherlands?
Yes, as long as it's English or Dutch. Belgium is fully in scope. Other markets by arrangement.
Do you also work with staffing agencies?
Yes, recruitment and staffing agencies both. For staffing it's usually about fill rate: we match your available and dormant flex pool to incoming requests, so you're first to fill. We connect to your staffing software just as easily as to an ATS.
