What this site says about Bullhorn
On this site Bullhorn mostly comes back as the place where your candidates already are. We build inside the system you already use, so your recruiters log in where they always log in and no extra screen turns up for them to learn.
So this is where we most often start with sourcing from your own database. A system reads the new vacancy and puts the people from your own files who come closest at the top. Your candidates stay where they were, and the model runs through AWS Bedrock in Paris, not on a server in the US.

Existing or on request
On request. We have no off-the-shelf Bullhorn connector lying around and we do not pretend otherwise. Give us API access and the build is part of the project, with the upkeep on us afterwards.
