Database activation

Your goldmine of ATS data or flex pool finally in use.

Not a fixed package. This is what a project often looks like; we scope each one in the call.

The problem

Your ATS or flex pool is full of candidates from years of work, thousands of CVs, conversations, and touchpoints. But the moment someone didn't fit one vacancy or request, you never hear about them again. When a new assignment comes in, a recruiter or staffing consultant starts from scratch on LinkedIn. While the right person is often already in your own database.

Nobody has time to dig through that old database by hand. Candidates change jobs, become available, drop off the radar. Every month that data sits untouched, it loses value.

What we build in this project

ATS Reactivation

For every new vacancy or request the system scans your entire historical database. The top 20 candidates land in your inbox with short reasoning per match: why this person, which experience matches, and when you last spoke. Work with a flex pool? The system surfaces your available and dormant temp workers the same way.

Output
Email digest per vacancy, or a post in a Slack channel of your choice.

Implementation: 2-3 weeks.

Signal monitoring

The system keeps an eye on your old candidates and temp workers on LinkedIn. If someone changes jobs, switches on 'Open to Work', or otherwise starts moving, you get a signal, exactly when that person is approachable again.

Output
One notification per signal in your inbox or Slack, with the candidate, the signal, and your last touchpoint.

Implementation: 1-2 weeks.

Re-engagement

Many strong candidates once dropped out on timing, not on quality. The system selects that group from your database and prepares personal outreach to pick the contact back up.

Output
Personal messages as drafts in your outbox. You approve or adjust before sending.
