Example project

Production

From vacancy or request to submittal without admin work.

Not a fixed package. This is what a project often looks like; we scope each one in the call.

The problem

Between an intake call and an actual submittal sits a pile of admin: writing up the vacancy profile, building a Boolean search, typing out interview notes, updating the ATS. None of it is recruitment, but it eats up half the day.

And that admin is the first thing to slip when it's busy. Notes don't make it into the system, the ATS goes stale, follow-ups get left. The real work slows down because the paperwork around it keeps piling up.

What we build in this project

01

Intake system

After an intake call with the client, the system writes up the vacancy profile, builds a Boolean search, and delivers a ready-to-use LinkedIn search. From conversation to a ready vacancy, without typing it out yourself.

Tools
Speech-to-text via Whisper, Claude API, ATS API for write-back.
Output
Vacancy profile, Boolean string, and LinkedIn search, ready in your ATS within minutes of the call.
Duration
Implementation: 1-2 weeks.
02

Interview Notes

After every candidate call: transcription, a short summary in your format, and a draft of the follow-up email or ATS note. No more typing after a call.

Tools
Speech-to-text via Whisper, Claude API for summary + draft, ATS API for write-back.
Output
ATS note + follow-up draft, ready within 2 minutes of the call ending.
Duration
Implementation: 1-2 weeks.
03

Pipeline Intelligence

Every Monday morning a short summary of last week: time-to-fill per vacancy or request, drop-off per stage, candidates that have been stuck too long, and three concrete focus areas for the week.

Tools
Our own orchestration code, ATS API, Claude API for the summary.
Output
Email to the recruitment or branch manager. Optional team digest in Slack.
Duration
Implementation: 1 week.
