Results

  • A top 10 of candidates who fit one to one, with the reason attached
  • Manual searching across LinkedIn and dozens of portals largely gone
  • All social-domain vacancies in one place, filtered by field

The problem

Candidates in the social domain (municipal care, work and income, youth) are scarce and specialised. Think of a youth case manager, a work-and-income consultant, a job coach, or a career counsellor, they are not easy to find. The recruiters searched LinkedIn by hand for each vacancy, and individual assignments and vacancies were scattered across dozens of municipal portals and hiring desks. That takes a lot of time, and you miss people that way. On top of that, LinkedIn returns hundreds of profiles, most of which do not fit, so you spend your time filtering instead of calling.

The approach

We built something tailored to the way the agency already works. No new platform and no course for the team: the system works toward OTYS and fits within their own process. It is there to support the recruiters, not to replace them. It takes the searching off their hands, the recruiter calls and decides. The firm requirement was precision: a candidate who does not meet the requirements should not be in the list.

What we built

  • A system that automatically searches LinkedIn for candidates from a vacancy, filters on the hard requirements, and assesses each candidate on substance with AI. Those who qualify surface, with the reason attached and a direct link to the profile.
  • It takes the agency's way of working into account, so the outcome matches how they look at candidates.
  • An overview of public assignments and vacancies in the social domain, gathered from dozens of portals and municipal hiring desks and filtered by field.
  • Because the profiles they look for come with hard requirements, the agency wanted a top 10 of candidates who fit one to one. That is what the system delivers, and it saves a lot of time assessing candidates who turn out not to match.

Result

The manual searching is largely gone. Out of hundreds of profiles, a short, qualified list remains, and next to each name you see straight away why that person is there. That saves time and it brings peace of mind: you no longer have to wonder whether you overlooked someone. The assignments and vacancies now sit together instead of scattered across dozens of portals. The commercial manager uses it daily, together with a colleague.

In the client's words

I now see straight away who fits and why. I no longer have to go through hundreds of profiles before I can call someone.
