Short answer
A tool is a product with a login that you learn to use yourself. An agency builds inside your existing systems and maintains it afterwards. We are the second one.
Where a tool runs aground
Every agency works differently: its own ATS or staffing software, its own criteria, its own way of working. A product has to push all those agencies into the same mould and asks recruiters to spend time on it next to work that still has to be finished.
We know that from our own experience. Martin spent two years building Recruitier, an AI platform for recruitment agencies. The technology did what it had to do. The question that kept coming back in those conversations was a different one: could you not just build this inside our systems? That story is on about us.
What an agency does differently
- It builds inside your own ATS, mailbox and calendar, so your team learns nothing new.
- It works to your criteria instead of a default setup.
- It connects tools to each other, for instance the ATS with LinkedIn, email and the calendar.
- It maintains what is there and adapts it when your way of working changes.
And the AI already inside your ATS
That works inside that one tool, and there is nothing wrong with it. We build between tools. What we add on top of it is in the frequently asked questions on the category page.
When you should not be with us
If you have one bounded problem that an existing product solves well, buy that product. We are here for agencies that want to keep their own way of working and are looking for someone to build it and keep maintaining it. How we sit next to other agencies is in the comparison.
