Where do you start with AI as a recruitment agency?

With the piece of work that repeats every week and that nobody enjoys. Not with a plan for the whole agency. We build one system in the tools you already have, and only once that works and saves time do we take the next piece. The first working system takes about two weeks.

Short answer

With one repeating piece of your process, in the tools you already have. The first working system takes about two weeks. You build out after that if it pays off.

Start small, not wide

You do not have to automate everything at once. A plan that overhauls the whole agency dies on adoption: recruiters and staffing consultants have to learn a new tool next to work that still has to be finished. That is where most AI plans break, not on the technology.

How to pick the first piece

  • It happens every week, preferably every day.
  • It is repetition, not judgement.
  • Someone on your team is fed up with it, so they want to watch along.
  • The data it needs already sits in a system with an API.

At a recruitment agency that is often CV screening or searching your own database. At a staffing agency it is more often matching the pool against incoming requests.

How the first project runs

In a call of half an hour we scope what can go. Within two days you get a proposal with a fixed price for the pilot and a fixed amount per month, both agreed up front. Then we build, with a round where your team corrects what comes out.

The first system takes about two weeks. Systems after that take one to three weeks each. Then we maintain them, because a model nobody keeps up with starts doing odd things after half a year.

What we do not start with

We do not do voice AI screeners in the first version, and we do not do generic ChatGPT courses.
