Easyflex and AI automation: what we connect

Easyflex is on our integration list and is the staffing side of it. There is no Easyflex build on this site, so we set a connection like that up per agency. In staffing it usually comes down to two things: the request that just landed, and the hours that have to be in before payroll runs.

What this site says about Easyflex

Easyflex comes back more often on this site than the other systems, because the whole guide on AI for staffing agencies is written around it. That is where the example you probably recognise sits: hours arrive as a photo, as an Excel and as a message, and someone at the office retypes them into Easyflex before payroll runs.

The other side is your fill rate. Which available or dormant worker fits the request that just landed, and how fast did you get them on the phone. How that works is in filling staffing requests faster. Your planners meanwhile keep working in the screen they already know.

How we connect

Inside the environment you already have, through the official API, with your own recruiter weighing it up and deciding. How that runs and what you supply is on the integrations page.

Existing or on request

On request. We have no Easyflex connector ready-made either. If the API is available, the connection comes out of the same project, and so does the maintenance.

Curious whether it can work that way at your agency?
