How do you fill a staffing request faster from your own pool?

By running your own pool past every incoming request automatically instead of paging through it by hand. The system looks at available and dormant workers, puts the strongest on top and writes down why. Whoever calls first, fills first.

Short answer

Have your available and dormant workers matched automatically against every incoming request, with the reasoning attached. In staffing the gain sits in fill rate, and fill rate starts with speed.

Fill rate is a speed problem

In recruitment the gain sits in screening and submitting. In staffing it sits somewhere else: which available or dormant worker fits the request that just came in, and how fast you got them on the phone.

What the system does

The same thing it does for a vacancy, but on your pool. On a new request the system walks your database, ranks the candidates and writes down per match which experience fits and when you last spoke.

Follow-up can run straight after it. Candidates and clients get an answer over WhatsApp and email without anyone having to type it.

It runs in the software you already have

We connect to staffing software as easily as to an ATS. Easyflex is on the list, next to OTYS, Bullhorn, Carerix, Recruitee and Salesforce Recruiting. If your package is not on it and there is an API, it usually works.

So your team gains no extra tool. The result lands where they already look.

What it costs in lead time

The first working system takes about two weeks. A matching system on an existing database or pool takes two to three weeks.
